**The Opportunity**

The Leeds Commercial team is at the start of a very exciting journey Currently a team of 4 they are poised to grow and massively increase their market share in Leeds and surrounding areas. You will be integral in making this happen On a daily basis you will lead and motivate the team, working closely with the training department to ensure you are consistently developing your consultants whilst creating a positive working environment where you lead by example and demonstrate best practice.

**Previous experience in a Managing Consultant role is desirable, however, if you have worked as a senior consultant with management responsibility and are ambitious and looking for the next step in your career we want to hear from you
