We are a diverse organisation with more than 650 investment specialists giving you the opportunity to work alongside experts in their field, sharing their skills and knowledge to aid your development and involving you in exciting tasks and projects, with the chance to make meaningful contributions.

**Key Responsibilities**

Interns will be placed in one of the following teams for the 8-week period:

- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Multi-Asset
- Responsible Investment
- Solutions

As an Intern within Investment Management, you can expect to be:

- Working alongside Analysts, supporting with performing analysis on stocks.
- Supporting the Portfolio Managers in their day-to-day role including activities such as cash management and rebalancing.
- Attending daily team meetings where investment strategies, markets and securities are discussed.
- Supporting the day-to-day within the Investment Teams.

Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned projects(s) and department assignment. All Interns will be included in:

- Meaningful projects and tasks giving you the chance to add value from day one.
- Organisation-wide insight sessions to provide you with a holistic view of the industry.
- A range of training & development sessions, giving you the tools to kickstart your career.
- Attending internal and external meetings and social events, providing you the chance to network.

**Requirements**:

- Be an undergraduate student in your penultimate or final year.
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter with an interest in Financial Markets, who displays curiosity and is eager to learn more about our industry and our business.
- Be able to demonstrate that you are a strong communicator who can share ideas with colleagues.
- Be results orientated with the ability to overcome setbacks and remain focused on achieving the end goal.
- You should enjoy problem solving and be able to gather, monitor and analyse data.
- Have right to work in the UK - we are unable to provide sponsorship for our internship programmes.
