The Scheme
Launched in 2017, this will be the sixth year we have been on the lookout for the future talent of H&S. This should put your mind at ease, we know how to make training, studying, and working full-time work; both for you and for us.

If you have used your downtime in the many lockdowns of the last 2 years to upskill yourself or finish those qualifications, you never had time to do; good on you. This scheme is perfect to put all that theoretical knowledge into practice.
- During this programme you will spend time at our fabulous head office in Wilmslow, learning from our technical content and helpline teams. Alongside this, you will have the exposure to field consultancy working alongside several of our competent and brilliantH&S Consultant's.
- Once out of the programme, the support doesn't stop there At GradIOSH status, we will place you into our
IPD/CPD programme and support you to achieve CMIOSH status whist working as an H&S Field Consultant.

What we want from you is your desire to progress in health and safety in a role where your technical skills are important but so is your personality.

Is this too good to be true?
As soon as you get GradIOSH, it doesn't mean it's all over - you will still have a role, you will have just graduated into a full-time, field-based consultant.
