**About The Role**:
**Shift Pattern**:3 days on, 3 nights on and then 3 days off - repeat. All shifts are 12 hours and will include weekends and bank holidays.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Process incoming and outgoing communications in the Security Operations Centre
- Receive and transmit all security and emergency information over multiple systems including two-way radio, Emergency management systems, Wi-Fi devices, Overhead Page
- Collaborate with other on-site personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and contractors
- Ensure the SOC is operated and complies with legal and regulatory requirements such SIA CCTV licensing requirements
- Site entry, car park barrier control and traffic Management.
- Accurate report writing using computer-based software

**Skills and requirements**
- CCTV SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK, full time
- Previous Security experience working within a Security Operations Centre.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Smart and professional appearance, good observation and customer service skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a diverse team
- Computer literate in MS word, Excel and Outlook
- Clean UK Drivers Licence and own transport
