**Service Office Administrator which includes scheduling & planning of engineers work.** TPG DisableAids is a large family run business trading in Hereford since 1985. Our core business is to supply and maintain equipment for the elderly and disabled, whilst focusing on a high quality service. Our Aim is "Delivering quality products and services to the community with integrity". **What you will be doing** This busy role involves working in the administrative team, scheduling of mobile engineers and general office computer processes on a daily basis. A geographical knowledge would assist you whilst organising services and repairs on our customer’s equipment. This is aided using our online tracker system to enable visibility of engineers. You will also be providing general office administration using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. You will also be the key contact for queries from external and internal customers and will maintain accurate records on their behalf. **What we are looking for** - Proven customer service skills - Good team player - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads according to tight deadlines - Self‐driven and able to work effectively under pressure - Experience in Administration or Service Environment prefered - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. - Educated to at least a GCSE (C or above) in Maths & English would be prefered. **Benefits**: - Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00pm & Saturday morning (1 in 5 rota) 09:00 - 13:00pm - Company matched pension contribution up to 5% Please note, You are required to work 1x Saturday’s every 5 weeks between the hours of 9am-1pm on a team rota.
