Crescent Pharma Ltd are looking for warehouse operatives to join our team in our Andover depot. In this role you will be responsible for making sure essential medicines get picked and sent to wholesalers playing a vital part in the supply chain of medicine to patients and the NHS.

Andover Depot measures 70,000 ft2 and is one of our primary sites, handling a significant proportion of our total orders making it a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Role**
- Despatch orders with maximum efficiency to meet company turnaround targets
- Ensuring traceability by keeping records of what is in the warehouse and where it can be found using an electronic stock management system including hand-held scanners
- Ensure workplace safety with heavy equipment, heavy goods and pharmaceutical products
- Optimise storage space in the warehouse to provide the highest level of efficiency
- Ensure Good Distribution Practices are followed in compliance with our pharmaceutical Wholesale Dealers Licence

- **Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:The ability to think critically, identify issues, and adapt to changing demands and procedures is beneficial.
- **Basic Literacy and Numeracy**: While formal qualifications aren't always required, a fundamental understanding of English and math is generally necessary for paperwork and inventory.
- **Reliability and Dependability**: Being a self-motivated, responsible, and dependable individual is a core attribute for warehouse operatives.
- **Experience**: 3 Years Previous experience in a warehouse environment, 2 Years Picking and Packing, 2 Years Forklift Experience (Not Compulsory but preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Basic IT skills and familiarity with warehouse management software.

**Holiday**:

- 20 days Holiday per annum. Increasing to 23 days once you have worked for the company for two years.
