**Installation Coordinator**

This is an exciting role for someone looking to join a growing installation and delivery team of like-minded people to build a large-scale fibre to the home (FTTH) business.

The main purpose of this role is to support our installation contractors in an administration capacity, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver installations to our clients.

**Key outcomes of this supporting function include**:

- Contractor performance reporting as needed
- Client quality control calls, ensuring our contractors are delivering to the agreed standards
- Client quality escalations, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved and relevant parties are kept updated
- Administrative and coordination support to the Installation team including monthly installation reporting, quotes and invoicing

**Key Skills Required**:

- Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys autonomy within a remote setup
- Be flexible and prepared to assist across the business as required within a start up company
- Ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Eye for detail and a care about brand identity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Action orientated in getting things done
- Ability to meet predetermined deadlines and manage time effectively

**Experience Required**:

- Client service oriented and target driven
- Minimum three years experience working in a coordination/administration role or similar
- Competence in Google suite, including Word and Excel

Previous telecoms administrative experience, including PIA product knowledge, would be an advantage, but is not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address complications which may arise pertaining to installations and ensure complications with clients are escalated and actioned within a timely fashion
- Build and maintain a relationship with contractor schedulers to ensure the achievement of installation targets
- Build and maintain internal relationships with our community management team to ensure feedback and improvements are actioned
- Provide a daily contractor performance report, maintaining accountability and transparency
- Create management reports as requested
- Submit monthly installation reports to Openreach via the PIA administration portal
- Submit and upload quotations and invoices as needed
- Ensure the correct capacity management planning per area is in place with contractors
- Manage service tickets and callouts with external contractors

£22,000 - £26,000 per annum
