We are looking for a skilled Night Room Service Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests overnight. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. Night Room Service Server responsibilities include, taking orders on the phone, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house and back of the house duties and delivering the order to the guests room. You should also be able to prepare the items from our Night Room Service menu. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Night Room Service Server, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. Ultimately, it is the duty of our Night Room Service Server to provide an excellent overall in room dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present menu and provide detailed information when taking the order on the phone (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare in room dining tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Serve food and drink orders in the rooms
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
