I am currently recruiting for a Pharmacovigilance Administrator to work for a Pharmaceutical homecare based in Burton-upon-Trent.

You will be required to provide administrative support to the Complaints Resolution Department and the Patient Safety Team. Taking ownership of the confirmation/acknowledgment process to include client follow up/chasing. Redacting source documents as partof SDV process or audit. Conduct monthly reconciliations across all Adverse events reported. Maintain the Deviation/CAPA tracker

This is a hybrid working role, where you will be required to be in the Burtonoffice 1 day per week, with the rest working remotely.
