We are looking to expand our Matron team within Community Services across South Tyneside and Sunderland FT. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who is as passionate about community services as we are, to join our senior leadership team.

You should have significant experience at a senior level of managing and leading clinical teams and be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the national strategic agenda in delivering safe and high quality care across community services.

You will be visible and accessible, act as a clinically credible role model and provide insightful, inspirational and compassionate leadership in the Directorate and will be supporting and driving quality improvement and our Community Nursing and AHP strategy.
