**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting the bar staff by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organised. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn more about the bar and restaurant industry. **Duties**
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed throughout shifts.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of drink preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
