**Graduate Teaching Assistant - Selby, North Yorkshire -**

Shape A Life has partnered with a secondary school in **Carlton near Selby** that is seeking a Teaching Assistants to join their passionate team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide teaching support in small groups and with individual pupils.
- To assist with the general pastoral care of students
- Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour.
- Actively encourage the inclusion of all students to participate in the life and activities of the school.
- Support the teacher with monitoring progress.
- Assisting in the planning and learning activities.
- Support pupils with their educational and social development by modelling positive behaviour and demonstrating high expectations.
- Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils.

**You will need**:

- Passion and enthusiasm to shape the next generation.
- **Any Degree 2:2 or above**.
- Have high expectations of teaching and learning.
