**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative support of the organisation’s Operations functions**
- Supporting the Director of Operations & Resources with the day-to-day management of the operations function, including updating of operational status, operational boards and onboarding new programmes.
**Administrative support for the regular cycle of Senior Team meetings**
- Organising and coordinating diaries to ensure these weekly meetings happen effectively.
- Attending meetings to record and communicate action to team members.
- Following up with Senior Team members to ensure actions are taken in-between meetings.
**Supporting the administration of Unloc’s Advisory Board**
- Supporting the Deputy Chief Executive with the organising of Unloc’s advisory board. This includes:
- Organising quarterly meetings to ensure accurate attendance.
- Curation of meeting minutes & actions and communication out of these.
- Following up on actions in-between meetings to ensure they are completed on time.
**Administrative support of interdepartmental functions of the organisation**:
- Providing administrative support across different organisation functions. This includes;
- Supporting the programme life cycle from start to finish.
- Addressing outstanding administrative tasks within the organisation across multiple functions.
- Providing additional administrative support to team members on an ad-hoc basis as and when required (in consultation with your line manager).
**Person Specification**:
**Qualifications**
Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent).
- Two A-Levels at grade A*-C (or equivalent).
Desirable:
- Level 2 ICT qualification.
**Experience and Knowledge**
Essential:
- Previous work providing business support and/or executive administrative support.
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working for a social enterprise.
- Previous knowledge of the education sector.
- Previous experience of stakeholder management.
**Abilities and Skills**
Essential:
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High-level communication skills including written and verbal communication.
Desirable:
- High-level of skill when using G Suite.
