**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing annual review packs for advisors and documenting the meetings with review letters
- Prepare client meeting packs and sign-up forms.

- Collaborate with the paraplanning team to address any technical queries.
- Manage and prepare content for our social media channels

**Required Skills**:

- Previous administration experience, preferably within a Financial Services firm.

- Personable, excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering exceptional work.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
