Our home, Pine Tree Court, is a lovely residential home in Gloucester, we are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs to keep our facilities tidy and functional.
Responsibilities include:

- Perform minor repairs
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Inspect and repair damage in the building
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Hours and rate of pay to be discussed at interview.
