**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and managing rotas.
- Supervise, support and mentor the field care team.
- Prepare and complete reports in a timely manner.
- Resolve and handle complaints effectively.
- Deliver personal care to customers if necessary.
- Setting up new client care packages.
- Handling on call every other weekend.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Brilliant organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Leading and managing skills
- Managing a rota
- Managing a team
- Personal Care

It is _essential_ that you have a full UK driving licence and are NVQ/QCF Level 3 Qualified in Health & Social Care.
