We are an apprenticeship training provider and are working with a nursery who have 2 exciting opportunities for those that want to study and work in childcare as an apprentice.

The nursery is set in a beautiful, detached Edwardian villa in central Worthing. Located close to the seafront, the property retains many of its stunning original features, such as stained glass windows, picture rails and fireplaces whilst benefiting from being completely refurbished to a very high standard.

The Worthing setting is a small, bespoke nursery which offers a warm and cosy home from home feel. The nursery features an all weather wrap-around garden, outdoor classroom and sensory garden and is perfectly located for 'Beach School', a completely new and unforgettable way for the children to immerse themselves in the wonders of the UK’s seaside.

Play is at the very heart of the ethos of this nursery and the setting has been thoughtfully designed to allow children the opportunity to enjoy learning. The innovative and exciting curriculum has been designed to give children the widest range of opportunities and the success of this approach can be measured in the children’s high level of achievement.

Childcare is an exciting, rewarding career. The successful apprentice applicants will support the nursery's vision and create a truly outstanding early years experience for the children, whilst establishing a nurturing environment and encouraging curiosity in the children’s development. You will;
- Work as part of a team to help support the nursery as it grows into a truly fascinating setting for the children.
- Have a passion for working with children.
- Be reliable, flexible and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.

**Salary**: £5.00-£6.56 per hour
