- This is a dual role in HR, supporting both the resourcing and L&D function in order to meet the broader objective of creating a diverse, high-performing workforce and an inclusive culture, supporting the organisation to prosper and grow.
- As part of the learning, development and engagement team, you will support in delivering a people-focused service to the business for the whole learner lifecycle. You will also support with delivering key engagement activities, from small projects through to all employee events. These activities will include scheduling of events/workshops, liaising with attendees, booking and managing venues and suppliers and acting as the contact for queries.

**What will you be doing?**

**Resourcing and Talent**
- Provide regular but ad hoc recruitment support to the in-house team comprising of the Manager, Business Partner and Advisor across the full recruitment life cycle.
- Mailbox Administration - liaise with the HR Enquiries team to confirm internal role approval and facilitate handover to the resourcing team and administer the careers mailbox ensuring prompt receipt, reply or triage of queries to appropriate team members.
- Interview Scheduling - schedule interviews according to shortlisting inc room booking and diary management at Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or online.

**Learning, Development and Engagement**
- Provide regular and focused support to the learning, development and engagement manager across the full learning and event lifecycle, including:

- Supporting the design, planning and execution of innovative learning, culture and engagement activities aligned with the FA strategy and values
- Lead on the scheduling of development and engagement activities, from small projects to all colleague events, liaising with stakeholders, venues and suppliers as required
- Managing post course/event follow up actions, including feedback and the administration of The FA's learning management system
- Supporting on the day of events/workshops and acting as the first point of contact for suppliers and /or attendees
- Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.
- As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance.

**What are we looking for?**
- Essential for the role:

- Equivalent professional experience in a generalist and/or specialist HR role
- Experience of administration within a Recruitment, Learning or HR setting.
- Experience of influencing, advising and working in partnership with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritising workload and under time constraints.
- Manage multiple projects, simultaneously with varied levels of complexity
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints
- Attention to detail, often when managing multiple data sets
- Beneficial to have:

- Experience working in an in-house recruitment role
- Experience of working in an in-house learning role
- Working knowledge and understanding of football, sport
