TSRecruiment are working with a one of the UK’s largest privately owned real estate investment & development. We are looking for a Finance Controller to contribute to the attainment of the company's business objectives by
- Ensuring day to day operations and transactional entry run smoothly for Construction company
- Ensure cashflow is understood, monitored and forecast
- Ensuring accounts produced comply with IFRS standards
- Business partnering with commercial and operational teams to report performance and assist with driving performance
**Primary Responsibilities**
- To manage day to day financial operations of the construction company
- To assist with development and roll out of processes and best practice across finance department
- Maintain accurate cashflow forecasting and work closely with Commercial Director regarding supplier payments
- Management of invoicing and revenue processes for the construction company
- Production of monthly cost reports, working with commercial department to ensure all costs are captured and allocated correctly
- Line management for Finance Manager, responsible for payroll and accounts payable processes, including Accounts Assistant
- To assist with monthly VAT, CIS returns and payroll returns
- Production of management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Other Adhoc requests as required
In return you will receive a salary of £60,000-£65,000 dependent on experience.
