Parkour and Movement Coach

PARKOUR GENERATIONS LONDON is seeking capable **kids parkour coaches** to join the London Parkour School team.

We are looking for someone capable of leading parkour and movement classes of all ages by themselves or in a co-coaching environment.

Passionate about working to improve people’s health, capable of being self-directed, innovative and solution oriented, you will:

- be passionate about coaching and physical development
- have experience in coaching children (and adults ideally) in parkour
- have suitable experience of parkour and movement practice
- be able to work primarily at our Canary Wharf venue and possibly also our Blackwall venue in London
- be adaptive, innovative, autonomous and proactive
- be enthusiastic about working with a team of growth-minded individuals
- be willing to adapt to any and all challenges we throw your way

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Coaching_
- Kids parkour classes aged 5-9 and 10-15
- Adhoc staff cover on top of regular classes
- Deliver the Animal Paths Curriculum in classes
- Opportunity to coach Birthday Parties, Events and Assessment Days
- Plan warm-ups and cool downs
- Help to maintain a clean and professional working/training environment for all
- Customer Facing_
- Providing feedback to members in their classes
- Presenting a professional demeanour at all times
- Keeping the coaching spaces clean and tidy
- Opportunities to cover for Front Desk
- Attending team meetings
- Attending team training

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Ideally ADAPT Parkour Coach certified
- Additional qualifications in kids fitness, athletics and movement practices beneficial
- 6 GCSE's (or equivalent) A-C to include English and Maths
- Good level of literacy and language skills for customer-facing communications **Professionalism in all work and behaviour.**:

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £13.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London E14 9PZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- parkour / kids coaching: 1 year (preferred)
