**Pay Details.**

Hourly rate £13.93 so based on a 41 hour week gives a weekly pay of £ £571.13 **(Pay is Monthly)**

**The Role**

To Manage a team of 4 Security Officers in a busy Gatehouse you will be the main link between the client and the Security you will need to have experience in a supervisory role and have excellent communications skills in addition to being fully conversant with all Microsoft offices programmes, listed below are some of the key areas you will be responsible for
- Managing the Visitor Management System
- Ensuring officers on site are correctly dressed and carrying out their duties to a high standard
- Carrying out training for all new officers to a high standard
- Taking footage from CCTV and sending to the client at his request
- Ensuring all Documentation in gatehouse is up to date
- managing VIP visits that arrive at the Gatehouse
- Being the Main point of Contact for all key personnel on site regarding Security matters.
