**Digital Innovation Co-Ordinator **for major upstream, refinery or petrochemical projects located in both domestic and international markets.

The Company is looking for a Co-Ordinator in the field of digital innovation and technologies (plus Digital Solutions) who will have the role of researching and promoting innovative solutions, to join into the company’s new Delivery Excellence Team.

Based in Milton Keynes and/or London with potential for travel globally.

**Responsible/Key Activities**:

- Develop basic understanding of project scope of works
- Develop understanding of corporate policies and standards
- Develop basic understanding of the project work processes
- Develop basic understanding of current design tools used to for design tasks and produce design deliverables
- Utilize basic design software
- Analysis of the requirements and contribution to definition of new work process or modification of the existing processes
- Improve project & engineering work processes with digital solutions and the latest design tools
- Communication, demonstration and promotion of new solutions using new/existing design tools
- Assist with digitization of project work processes

**Typical background and experience required:
- Must have: _
- Up to 2 years of experience in an engineering design company or other industrial settings.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or similar learning path
- Effective communication skills include being tactful and articulate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative and lean thinking
- Keen on working with data and data driven
- Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions
- Adaptability to changing environments

- Experienced in design tools in production of design deliverables
- Experience in using CAD software
