**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducting full lifecycle analysis of business processes to document IT
- Provide 1st-2nd line IT support and manage IT tickets via the helpdesk
- Support and maintain documentation and knowledge bank
- Create and manage business reports, and dashboards
- Help with administration and implantation of new/current systems and tools
- Work with management to prioritise business and information needs
- Support in MES operations, and production functions
- Support and troubleshooting of production hardware such as scanners (RFID
- Readers), printers, PLCs
- Support maintenance, and administration of the MES and IT systems
- Support general IT infrastructure and user-support functions
- Individual Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that IT Support is carried out to a high standard and follows all polices and guidelines.
- Continuous improvement of all IT processes and initiatives
- Ensure a safe working environment and excellent housekeeping standards
- Other duties that commensurate to the role.

**EMPLOYMENT PREREQUISITES**
- Essential
- Problem-solving, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in difficult or under pressure
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to translate user requirements into a defined solution, with clear specification
- and timelines
- Team player (within IT and cross-functionally)
- IT support experience - Hands on approach
- IT System administration experience in mission critical environment such as
- manufacturing
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory Management
- VMware Experience
- Networking experience, predominantly around Cisco
- Eagerness and ability to learn new skills/technologies
- Ability to support on-call IT support rota
- Desirable
- General IT Infrastructure background, or IT support experience
