Our sought-after care home is purpose-built from beautiful Cotswold stone and offers residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has many lovely spaces from the welcoming bistro and comfortable lounges to a well-stocked library, a popular hair salonand an activity room. Our beautifully landscaped gardens have different seating areas, and you’ll find residents catching up with visitors here or even keeping busy planting and watering flowers. Residents enjoy regular outings, and there’s plenty to exploreon our doorstep. Chipping Campden is in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, and residents sometimes pop to one of the old pubs for lunch or browse in the boutiques and gift shops.

As a Health Care Support Worker at Caring Homes, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.Responsible for supporting our elderly residents with daily living, providing support, providing a rangeof clinical skills including blood pressure, weighing and urine and swab samples and supporting the Nurse with blood samples. This role is 48 hours per week and is on a rotational basis you must be available to work days, nights and weekends.

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in Food and Fluid charts

Experience in taking urine samples and swabs

Taking patients’ blood pressure

Taking patients temperate and recording it

Experience in weighing patients

Experience in taking blood tests desirable but not essential
