**JOB TITLE**:CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES

**JOB PURPOSE**_**:_To provide customer support through all divisions of the Company and to provide an effective communication channel between potential and existing customers. To service our customers’ needs by achieving excellent customer service every time.

**SALARY BAND**:£22,000 p.a.

**HOURS OF WORK**:Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm (36.5 hours per week).

**HOLIDAY**: 22 days + Bank Holidays.

**PLACE OF WORK**: Head Office - vGroup international, K1, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3LW

**CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We must ensure all our customers feel welcome and special. Make it easy for the customer to do business with vGroup International through quick responses, positive communication and great ordering platforms.
- To provide an excellent customer experience while adhering to internal customer service KPI’s.
- Ensure all contacts and records are updated and maintained in our CRM portal.
- Order processing.
- Provide administrative support to management team members.
- Liaise with production to ensure stock is being delivered to the customer’s specification and in a timely manner.
- Handling all customer complaints in an efficient way and ensuring all complaints are logged in our CRM system and followed up until closed.
- Managing customer returns and ensuring Goods in are notified of returns and logged in our CRM system.
- Log all customer calls in our CRM database.
- Be responsible for tracking orders and updating the customer.
- Arrange collections with our courier service from time to time.
- Load new customer accounts and users into our CRM database.
- To troubleshoot any issues and report to the IT team.

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping of the department including the equipment within it.
- Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance and behaviour are met at all times.
- Communicate effectively with all team members, colleagues, and management team.

In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the job holder is required to perform any other duty requested by Management from time to time.

Pay: £22,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
