Join us a Team Leader, and you’ll help us to set the standards for everything we do. You’ll head up our UK Temporary Sourcing Team, driving everyone who works here to deliver a service we can all be proud of. What you’ll be doing: - In this role you will be responsible for delivering temporary recruitment services to the UK client business Key client locations include London & Glasgow - You will be responsible for the ongoing management of the UK headcount circa 500-800 headcount - Overall responsibility for the vendor relationship with our sub-suppliers across the UK - Overall responsibility for regulatory compliance across the account Duties to include. - To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment process - To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders (e.g., Global Head of HR, Managing Directors, CFO) on a global scale - Driving and managing performance and audit SLA’s across the UK - Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client - Management, coaching and developing three Resource Partners and one onboarding coordinator focusing on SLA delivery and driving results Morgan Stanley UK - MSP Account/ When you want to be empowered to do your best work / 2021/ PAGE 2 - Managing and driving the ongoing relationship with our centralised sourcing function to drive direct delivery across the account - Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client - Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services **Responsibilities**: - Advising on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for all temporary/contingent vacancies across the UK circa 750/850 vacancies per year and growing continuously - Working alongside client sponsors at Executive Director and Managing Director level, keeping them updated regularly about program & project delivery - Advising on market trends and skills - Creating, reviewing, and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance - Producing and updating guidance manuals for all user groups of the Resource Solutions service - Escalation points of all program/recruitment issues - Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreement - Ensuring full compliance for UK contingent headcount in line with client policy such as AWR, Tenure Management & Rate adherence - Resolving all Temporary Worker escalations across the UK - Driving and managing the continued partnership with our vendors across the UK - Manging, driving, and developing the team to ensure continuous success - Personally, be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for some of our smaller divisions and Human Resources circa
