**Salary**:£41,361

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide support in project reporting and scheduling activities.
- Develop an understanding of business processes and procedures.
- Perform administrative and general office tasks, including working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office tools, and Microsoft Project.
- Ensure alignment with i35 and Support & Services operational practices.
- Support onboarding processes for third-party vendors and contractors.
- Manage DAIREO-related tasks and activities.
- Support Opportunity Management by contributing to relevant inputs and outputs.
- Assist the Change Management Board by supporting related processes and documentation.
- Utilise the Predict tool for Risk Management, including report preparation and identifying key concerns for review.
- Maintain and update the Decision Log, ensuring relevant entries are captured accurately.
- Support Action Management by coordinating with action owners to track progress and ensure updates are current for review meetings.

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets/ Microsoft packages/Microsoft project plans/Outlook and ability to prioritise workload
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail and a passion for project management
- Experience in Risk, Assurance or governance Environment

Desirable
- Experience either understanding or working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems

**The Spartan Transformation Office team**:
You will be joining an experienced Project team delivering critical project management activities within a key enterprise-wide technology and process transformation project. You will work with multiple stakeholders and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business. You will support the development and delivery of the Project Management Office within the team with involvement in wider project processes and deliverables.
