Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for **ICT Technicians** in the **Blyth** area.

**Salary**:£21,000 per annum

**37 working hours per week**

As **ICT Technician** you will support the provision of high quality and professional ICT support service to all staff and students within a school. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing first line ICT support to staff and students within the school
- Assisting with the maintenance of all ICT rooms and equipment throughout the school and ensuring that ICT software/hardware inventories are up to date
- Managing your workload through the allocation of calls via Helpdesk
- Assisting with the general technical support of the ICT department
- Supporting the general technical support of the ICT department

The ideal **ICT Technician** will be:

- Able to comply with Trust policies and procedures at all times
- Confident and a strong communicator, able to ensure continuous development through accessing appropriate development opportunities and to share learning with others
