We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Quality and Training Team Leader to join our Service Delivery team. You will work alongside the Collection Services Manager to maintain operational excellence whilst providing technical support and training to the team.

**Hours**: 40hrs a week / Mon-Fri / occasional out of hours / home-based.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the Regional Supervisors to educate and train collection technician network on key skills and standard operating procedures.
- Undertake audit visits both on a pre-planned and an unannounced basis of both Regional Supervisors and Collection Technicians.
- Field-based visits and coaching to identify training needs and improve compliance with standards of operations of Regional Supervisors and Collection Technicians.
- To plan and execute induction, selection and recruitment sessions for new Collection Technicians.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant SOP’s and external accreditation standards.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Collection Technician role knowledge.
- Clear evidence of Training and Learning Management.
- Compiling data and writing reports.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of and experience of using Microsoft packages.
- A positive team player.
