**Your role will involve**:

- Providing a nurturing environment for our young people in which their physical and emotional needs are met
- Ensuring that, at all times, the home remains child focused and that our children / young people are at the centre of everything you do
- Being a positive role model
- Providing leadership to junior staff

**Experience and Qualifications required**:

- At least 1 year’s relevant professional experience working with young people in a residential setting
- A Level 3/Diploma in Health & Social Care with Children and Young People (or equivalent) or be close to completing it
- A full clean manual driving licence held for at least 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- working with young people in a residential setting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Diploma Level 3 Health & Social Care-Children & Young People (required)
- Manual Driving Licence held for at least 1 year (required)
