We are currently seeking a Destination Specialist for our lovely client based in the city of Bath,

As a Destination Specialist, you will be accountable for a number of allocated destinations and with it be responsible for liaising with clients to the point of booking, with emphasis on providing outstanding customer service throughout. Working in the Sales department.

We are looking for forward-thinking, self-motivated people who relish new challenges and this role is no exception, requiring a hard-working, customer-focused individual who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment and bring fresh ideas and a positive can-do attitude.

As a Destination Specialist, you will be accountable for a number of allocated destinations and with it being responsible for all client enquiries and subsequent quotes and bookings with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service throughout. This is a varied role with plenty of responsibility and would be ideal for someone with a sales background that wishes to maximise the uncapped commission structure on offer. The department also offers a tiering structure to enable progression within the company.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Communication with clients from their initial enquiry right through to them paying a deposit to secure the booking
- Creating bespoke events and packages
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Event Management - booking venues and liaising with product suppliers
- Building trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to develop and improve both allocated destinations and the relevant product range
- Financial management to maximise margin made for each individual booking

Working alongside the Events, Studio, and Ops departments to ensure clients receive great choice and service from their first enquiry right the way through to their actual event.

**Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 **Private medical insurance, Pension, Commission.
