Our factory gained automation and control experience brings new perspectives to transport infrastructure projects such as the rail and aviation industries We are currently recruiting for a transformation professional to support our Process transformation offering.
- Support the transformation team and contribute to the technical and commercial success of projects delivered whilst also supporting the development of a top performing Process Optimisation capability within the Project, Programme and Design Management Discipline of the Building and Places function.
- You will deliver high value consultancy projects across a broad range of industries and to integrate Lean thinking across all the work that we deliver.
- Develop a network throughout AECOM to adopt Lean into delivery of their projects and with their clients.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

Under general supervision, develops and measures standard metrics, diagramming the flow, including inputs and outputs, of a business process, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing a project plan for implementing improvements and monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended.

Continues to build knowledge of the organization and processes. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Has no discretion to vary from established procedures by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Lean/sigma training PM qualifications
- Management consulting experience or chartership (can be working towards)
