**What we would like**:

- Experience gained within **Selling** into the **Automotive Refinish**, **Crash Repair** or **Automotive Body Shops** / **Accident Repair**:

- Previous **Field Sales** experience operating as in **Technical Sales**, **Territory Sales**, **Area Sales Management**or field based **Sales Representative**.
- We would also be highly interested in technically competent individuals, with a strong desire and the right attitude to sell and face customers.
- Tenacious with an infectious personality and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Excellent communicator, smart in appearance, industrious and creative nature.
- Organised and disciplined approach towards meeting preparation.
- Logical thinker, able to think on the spot and recognise business opportunities.
- Ability to pick up technical products and understand workshop process and culture.
- Can do, will do ATTITUDE and strong work ethic.
