**Company Description**

Medicys Limited is an international medical market research company with over 20 years experience of serving clients in the healthcare industry. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our ever-growing team of healthcare market research experts.

You have the opportunity to work with one of our small and experienced teams that specialises in delivering UK and US market research projects for our wide range of global clients. They are responsible for the recruitment, coordination and logistics of both qualitative and quantitative research, which ranges from face-to-face/ virtual focus groups or individual interviews, to online surveys or bulletin boards.

**Role Description**

No selling is required, but the work is fast paced, varied, and very deadline orientated.

**What you bring to the role**
- Team player that is also able to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Efficient and accurate management of correspondence, lists and databases
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience of an office environment
- A call centre and/or customer service background would be beneficial, but not essential

**Hours of work**

37.5 hours, 9am to 5:30pm

Pay: From £22,308.00 per year
