Pilates Instructor

**Overview**

Ideally looking for an APPI Pilates instructor, Matwork or other. This will fit in with the classes run already, and injury clinic referrals, however happy to discuss other pilates qualifications and see if it will work.

Looking for someone to teach small classes with a maximum of 6 participants and/or smaller 1-1 or 1-2 private sessions.

Also there is Clinic hours available too in the Injury Clinic if looking for hours to work as a Sports Rehabilitator/Physiotherapist/Osteopath/Sports Massage Therapist/Sports Therapist seperatly or as well as the Pilates.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and effective Matwork Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, ensuring they understand the benefits and techniques involved.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to exercises based on individual needs and abilities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them improve their practice.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to enhance class offerings.
- Foster a supportive community among clients, encouraging them to reach their personal fitness goals.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of pilates principles, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- In-depth understanding of human anatomy, particularly as it relates to movement and exercise.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
- Ability to create a positive atmosphere that promotes learning and personal growth.
- Strong organisational skills, ensuring classes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

Work Location: In person
