**Location**: Hybrid - Glasgow & Edinburgh, Scotland

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Pay**: From £14 per hour

**Expected Hours**: 20+ hours per week (5 days per week)

Axiom Pic is a growing property marketing agency specialising in high-quality photography, videography, and floor plans for estate agents across Glasgow and Edinburgh. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled video and photo editor to support our creative team, focusing on delivering polished, professional marketing content.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edit high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties using DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro.
- Edit photos to a professional standard using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom as required.
- Ensure all content aligns with Axiom Pic’s brand standards and client requirements.
- Manage and organise digital files, ensuring proper storage and timely backups.
- Collaborate with the photography and videography teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all video and photo edits to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Assist in optimising video and photo content for social media and digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve quality.

**Essential Skills**:

- Extensive experience in video editing, specifically using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Understanding of video production workflows and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong creative eye with the ability to enhance visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in property marketing or real estate video/photo editing.
- Advanced colour grading skills in DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation skills (using After Effects or similar software).
- Familiarity with creating video content for social media platforms.
- Photography and videography skills.
