Pineapple Careers are proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation based in Horsham who are looking to recruit an Associate Finance Business Partner on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Finance Business Partnering Team in the delivery of a comprehensive business partnering service to key stakeholders across the business
- Provide financial analysis
- Identify key trends and opportunities to increase savings and income
- Able to work with many different areas of the business
- Assist in the review of reporting integrity and instruct adjustments to business unit management accounts
- Perform routine month-end tasks
- Support in the delivery of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist in performance commentary and analysis and make recommendations to improve
Key Skills:

- Solid background in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
- Experience of using management reporting and analysis systems
- Able to influence and engage stakeholders
- Able to present financial information in a meaningful way for users
- Thorough understanding of financial transactions from books of prime entry to financial statements
- Ability to work with change

Salary & Benefits:

- £36,000 - £40,000
