Facilities Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 49 weeks per year
Mon to Thurs 8 - 4pm. Friday 8 - 1.30pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Staffing the junior ranks accommodation office
- Taking bookings
- Checking and reporting defects
- Maintaining the booking system
- Allocation of keys
- March in and out of rooms.
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.
Our ideal Accommodation Supervisor will:
- Computer literate
- Able to work both with others and alone.
- Reliable
