This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as a business administrator apprentice. You will support the SALT team with a variety of tasks to ensure the team provide an excellent service to their customers. Spencer Academies Trust is a medium sized multi-academy trust and offers a range of training opportunities to schools throughout the region its arms of work within the Spencer Alliance for Leadership and Teaching.

SALT is a family of organisations committed to school improvement. We share a passion for ensuring our schools continue to learn through and with each other, use evidence and research to improve teaching and learning to boost outcomes for all our pupils and support leadership across our school system. We deliver training and communication events across the region, working with schools in all phases and settings.
