The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with a globally renowned manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Stamford, who are embarking on a huge growth plan. Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint a Payroll Coordinator to join their dynamic and culture positive team

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will use your expertise to ensure seamless and timely payroll operations whilst overseeing all payroll processes.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Process and manage payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including tax information, time sheets, and benefits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries regarding their pay.
- Prepare and analyse payroll reports for management and finance departments.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate data exchange and reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring your exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy even amidst high-volume workloads. Previous payroll experience of at least 2 years will be required.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 depending on experience and is office based 5 days a week. Working hours are 8:30-5pm.
