We are looking to fill this post with someone who is numerically capable and would enjoy working in a team in a fast-moving, changing environment. You will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Data processing, scanning and general office administration.
- Allocation of cheques/cash to the system on a daily basis.
- Posting of Purchase invoices and allocation of payments.
- To allocate and report on all Direct Payments received on a daily basis.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Maintenance of ledger accounts.
- Assisting in daily and weekly reconciliations.
- Carry out account balance adjustments as per client instructions.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales invoices.
- Full training will be given.
Essential skills:
- Excellent Communication - both written and verbal.
- Good IT Skills.
- Ability to establish good working relationships.
- To work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Working Pattern - 40 hours per week, with study time.
