**E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Job description**

As an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will directly report to the Company Director and the main duties and responsibilities for the role will include, but will not be limited to:

- Proactively update and monitor the website homepage and special promotions.
- Managing incoming online orders, ensuring all transactions are correctly received and resolving queries as required.
- Working closely with the E-commerce team to develop strategies for Peper Harow e-commerce website to increase traffic, conversion rate, and meet sales target.
- Ensuring digital and off-line marketing activities and strategies compliment and support each other across all customer touch points.
- Coordinating with Social media specialist to implement marketing plan for all social media channels.
- Managing social ads campaigns from start to finish, reporting campaign success to director.
- Developing affiliate program and PR strategy to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Other duties will include:

- Assist with trade shows and events when required

Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in running a fashion ecommerce business
- Experience with social media including Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, Pinterest
- Experience with PR and affiliate marketing
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with customer services
- IT and Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging and fast moving environment as part of friendly and dynamic team.
- A positive attitude to problem solving
- High self-motivated individual
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burgess Hill, RH15 9TN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital Marketing Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,826.00 per year
