As a Bank Support Worker, you'll be part of our fantastic teams, playing a key role in the individual's journeys and the progress they make. This can be in our day care centre, At our care home Orchard House or in our supported living service.

**Fortnightly pay-** £12.21-£13.40 per hour

**Travel costs-**for longer distance assignments

**The Role**

You'll provide direct support to individuals who may demonstrate behaviours of concern, or deal with individuals who have mobility, physical health needs, dementia or learning disability.

You'll enable individuals to participate in a wide range of therapeutic and social activities, this can be in their home, our day care centre, residential and respite home.

Everything you do in the role through the positive behaviour support framework means that individuals have a fulfilling and rewarding quality of life. **#workingtogether**

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £12.21-£12.60 per hour
