**Role**:Systems Administrator

**Salary**:£28,000 - £35,000 DOE

**Location**:Southampton (on-site)

As the Systems Administrator for AVASK, your role is to ensure the software systems are utilised correctly and that business data integrity is maintained. A good understanding of all the business processes is required. Ensuring effective liaison with all key stakeholders is critical, namely all CRM users, external consultants, and internal Software Developers.

**Main duties include**:
Data integrity & Internal audit
- Ensure controls are in place to maintain data integrity.
- Use of PowerBi to build and maintain business reporting.
- Use of PowerBi to assist in identifying and deploying interim solutions pre full software deployment.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
- Identify and correct errors made by system users communicate errors made in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Analyse trends and provide information to the Systems and Training Manager, reporting on improper system usage.
- Audit users to ensure the system is being used correctly.
- Provide reporting and analysis of CRM and other AVASK Systems.

Process development
- Work with Systems and Training Manager and stakeholders to draft specifications for system requirements.
- Create and maintain user guides for new feature implementation and update existing where system changes are made.
- Test configured system pre-implementation.
- Work with software development to integrate with other systems.
- Provide feedback and insight for ongoing system improvement.
- Keep up to date with regular updates to systems and ways we can improve.

Training and Support
- Provide initial helpdesk support for all users across the Group.
- Assist the IT department with process automation requests via Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Provide support by assisting the user community with the systems and related tools.
- Help provide ongoing refresher training and training of new staff.
- Refer system issues to the Systems and Training Manager and CRM Consultant where required and monitor to resolution.

**Key skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Degree in business or information technology preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business administration.
- Strong project management, data management and training & support skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office and CRM systems. (knowledge of ZOHO CRM an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
