You will be part of the commercial finance team and enjoy building relationships across all departments.

**Main tasks, duties & responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the production of detailed and accurate weekly performance KPI reports using a variety of data sources and presenting this information back to the site senior leadership team in a clear and insightful way that drives actionsand improves site efficiency.
- Will be responsible for producing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and reviewing Distribution KPI performance for senior management and ensuring:

- Timetable of reports are scheduled and efficiently produced
- Responsible for supporting Commercial / Distribution business decisions through
- Analysis of current and past trends in the KPIs including all areas of cost, cost of sales, by business channel
- Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances, involved in proactive performance reviews to identify underperforming
- Improve performance by evaluating key change events ensuring that the business maximises the ROI
- Help with leading the development of processes around data cleansing, quality, validity, and integrity particularly volume data to be used in commercial analysis
- Develop financial models and analysis to support initiatives
- Supporting Business Partners with in-depth analysis
- Assist the Commercial Finance Manager through the quarterly forecasting process, working with internal departments to understand their requirements/risks/opportunities and challenging where appropriate
- Supporting analysis within set timescales to queries raised by the Monday review meetings
- Oher adhoc analysis as and when required

**What you will have;**
- An eye for detail, commercially minded and passionate about adding value
- Advanced Excel and experience of looking at large data
- Ability to work in a high pressured ever evolving environment
- Must be able to multi-task, manage several deliverables simultaneously, work independently and be extremely flexible in order to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proactive and takes the initiative - Problem solver - Team player
- Strong
- Microsoft Office, Excel, (working knowledge of Pivot, Look-ups, Sum-ifs), Word, Powerpoint.

**Desirable**:

- Oracle experience would be an advantage.
- Detailed understanding of Oracle accounting software and BI tools.
- Access to own Transport for occasional travel to other distribution centres in the network desirable but not essential
