As a family entertainment centre operator, we have sites across the UK where people of all ages come to us to have FUN. Each site has something different to offer. We have an array of games and fun for all the family ranging from Laser, VR & Bowling.

As a **Team Member** for Funstation, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a FUN experience when they visit us

Whether you are helping on the game floor, serving customers at the counter, or hosting a party we will need you always do it with a smile.

**Salary**: £12 per hour (over 18) £9 (under 18)

Expected hours: approximately 16-24 hours per week

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers as they enter the facility
- Assisting customers with regards to activities and redemption of tickets won
- Use of electronic tills to receive cash and card payments.
- Use of computer system to redeem prizes
- Stocking shelves with merchandise, ensuring all are displaying the correct ticket value
- Answering general queries from customers
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Team Leaders
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes sweeping, hoovering, mopping and the cleaning of all machines/equipment
- Being familiar with all special promotions and putting up relevant displays

As this is the leisure industry working evenings and weekends on a rotational basis will form part of your working pattern. No experience necessary, however relevant experience within the leisure, retail or hospitality sector is advantageous.

The position has varied duties and is not limited to customer service, sales and general cleaning. This is a permanent position, not suitable for applicants who will not be available over seasonal holidays such as Christmas & school holidays.
