Senior Finance Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a successful and growing financial services business to hire a new Senior Finance Manager for their team.
This role will focus on Governance and MI and is responsible for the production and delivery of Board meeting papers and the development and production of corporate monthly and quarterly MI Pack for the Executive Committee.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the production and delivery of Board meeting papers across all entities, liaising with all relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Development and production of corporate monthly and quarterly MI Pack in line with the agreed timetable for the Executive Committee, encompassing balanced scorecard, key performance indicators, meaningful commentary across all functions and activities.
- Production of Trustees monthly and quarterly MI pack in line for Executive Committee and encompassing key performance indicators and meaningful commentary.
- Drive the annual production of KPIs for the Balanced Scorecard (for each legal entity), liaising with the relevant individuals and teams, including Directors, Exco, Strategy and heads of departments.
- Enhancement and development of management information to ensure all MI packs are relevant and insightful to enable business decisions to be made by the correct committee at the correct time.
Salary for this role is £80,000 + benefits including 10% bonus, healthcare, excellent pension, and 25 days holiday. Hybrid working is offered with 1-2 days per week expected in the offices.
