My client is looking for caring individuals to join their team and look after their residents at a 40 beded purpose built care home.

Experience care assistant and non experienced Care assistant required as they will provide a full training programme. If you have a caring nature, enjoy helping people, enthusiastic and flexible in your approach then get in touch with us to hear more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals to guests
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Train and supervise dining room staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and address any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room area
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
