Labourer

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties by providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.45-£19.97 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
