Process Worker

**The company is looking for someone to fulfil an operational team member role within the Uranium Recovery business unit, in a transport and logístical role supporting business units across the Springfields site. This role will be working a day pattern.**
**Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:
- **
- Performing process confirmations and asset care checks.
- The work is predominately outside, throughout the year.
- Ensure operations are conducted safety and in a timely manner to meet demand.
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed.
- Attention to detail as working to Transport Regulations for Class 7 material.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve safety standards.
- Hands on approach to achieving targets within the Hex Raft area.
- Full use of Human Performance tools/techniques.
**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:
- High standards and expectations in their approach to work.
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
- Provide evidence of being self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team and also able to work without direct supervision and alone.
- Able to work in a controlled manner and under pressure.
- Will be required to work in a Supervised Area (radiation only).
- HGV Class 1 licence preferrable.
- FLT B1 licence preferrable.
